Hi, I am Lulu! The baker behind Nowa Bakes.
I bake small batch pastries from my Nottingham kitchen.
At Nowa Bakes, everything begins with a love for food, family and sharing. "Nowa" means sweet or nice in my native mother tongue, a word that captures the feeling I want every bite to bring.
Growing up, the women in my life, especially my mother, played a huge role in shaping my love for cooking and baking. Food was always about bringing people together and that influence is at the heart of Nowa Bakes.
What started as a passion for baking and developing my own recipes has grown into a business focussed on creating freshly made, flavourful party favourites with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
